Clearbit alternative
A free alternative to the retired Clearbit Logo API. One URL returns the SVG.
All four, in one API
No other logo API gives you all four: a domain URL, SVG with colour versions, no key at any volume, and 2M requests a month per site.
Every domain answers
4,894 companies, served from the edge, and every valid domain returns an image.
Never a broken image
When the catalog misses, you get the site's live favicon, then a wordmark tile with the brand name (.svg URLs skip the favicon and always return an SVG). Add
?fallback=404if you want your own fallback.
4,894 company logos.
One URL each.
https://logoapi.sh/<domain>.svg
Every tile is a live response. Click one to copy its URL. Strong on developer tools, thin on banks and retail for now.
Try it.
Plain static files on a CDN. Put the URL in an img tag and you are done.
GET /{domain}.svg Wordmark. Falls back to the icon when a company has no wordmark.
GET /icon/{domain}.svg Square mark, for avatars, lists and favicons.
GET /favicon/{domain} Favicons. Try logoapi.sh/favicon/stripe.com. SVG, no tracking, 404 when unknown.
GET /search?q={name} Find a brand by name or website. Up to 8 results with logo links. Typos are tolerated.
Details: limits, caching, fallback, filters
Logos that stay current. Embed a logoapi.sh link once. When the brand updates its logo, your site updates with it.
2M requests a month per site. Free. Heavy usage may need a paid plan later, with notice here first.
- Every valid domain returns an image. Live favicon from the site, then a wordmark tile with the brand name (.svg URLs skip the favicon and always return an SVG). Add
?fallback=404to run your own fallback. - No key, no cookies. Hotlinking is the point. 2M requests a month per site. Free. Per-IP burst limits are 300 requests per minute.
- Cached at the edge for a day, versioned by the upstream commit.
GET /search?tag=finance Filter by one sector or country. Add q to search by name inside the set.

Favicon APIAny site's favicon as one URL. No key, no tracking, cached at the edge.See the Favicon API →Moving from Clearbit? Swap the host, then test.
Clearbit’s free logo endpoint shut down after the HubSpot deal. Replace logo.clearbit.com with logoapi.sh. Img tags just work. The bare domain URL and .svg both answer. Not affiliated with Clearbit or HubSpot.
https://logo.clearbit.com/stripe.comhttps://logoapi.sh/stripe.comhttps://logoapi.sh/icon/stripe.com.svg- SVG, not PNG. It scales, so
?size=is ignored. Set width in CSS. Canvas or email code that needs PNG will not work. - An image on a miss: live favicon, then a wordmark tile with the brand name (.svg URLs skip the favicon and always return an SVG). Add
?fallback=404for a 404, as Clearbit did. - No key, no referer check, open CORS. Drop any auth header you had.
