What counts as a startup?
Funded or bootstrapped, any team size. An independent company with a working website and a work email at its domain. Not sure? Send it anyway. We say yes to most.
What happens after 12 months?
You choose: drop to the Free plan or stay on Enterprise. We email you 30 days before, so nothing changes by surprise. Your logo stays either way.
Why an SVG?
An SVG is the original, vector file. It stays sharp on any screen and any size, and it is the only way to be sure the logo is really yours.
Do you redraw my logo?
Never. We serve your file exactly as you send it. If it looks wrong to us, we write back and ask for a better original.
