Company logos in Glide
Paste one line into Glide and every company in your app shows its real logo, by website, stock ticker or crypto symbol. Free. No key. No signup.
Glide shows an image from a link in your table. So a logo is just a column whose value is a logoapi.sh URL. No integration, no key. Tried in Glide on 2026-11-07: Glide's AI picked LogoAPI.sh as the best fit for logos by ticker, and the logos showed in its list rows. Wide logos were cut off in the square cells, so /ticker/ now returns the square icon. Updated 2026-11-07
Paste this into Glide
Where it goes: an Image column (the URL is the image).
Use https://logoapi.sh for company logos. Put the URL straight in the img src: https://logoapi.sh/{domain}.svg for a company (for example https://logoapi.sh/stripe.com.svg), https://logoapi.sh/ticker/{SYMBOL}.svg for a stock or ETF, https://logoapi.sh/crypto/{SYMBOL}.svg for a coin. In a square cell use https://logoapi.sh/icon/{domain}.svg. No API key, no signup, no env variable. Put the URL in an Image column. Do not download the file.Three steps
- Keep a column of domains
In your Google Sheet or Glide table, keep one column with each company's domain, for example stripe.com.
What you see: One domain per row.
- Add the logo column
Add a column with the formula below, then set its type to Image in the Data Editor.
What you see: Each row now holds a link like https://logoapi.sh/icon/stripe.com.svg, and Glide shows it as a picture.
- Show it in your app
In your list or cards, set the Image field to the logo column.
What you see: Square logos on every row. A company with no logo shows its favicon or a name tile.
=ARRAYFORMULA(IF(B2:B="","","https://logoapi.sh/icon/"&B2:B&".svg"))
Domains in column B, the formula in the first data row (row 2) of the logo column. For stocks, use a column of tickers and https://logoapi.sh/ticker/ instead.
What you see
A list in your app, with logos from the URLs in the line. This one loads live from the API.
Stripestripe.com
Notionnotion.so
AppleAAPL
MicrosoftMSFT
BitcoinBTC
Live from the API: two domains, two tickers, one coin.
If the preview shows no logos
Glide's AI cannot read an SVG file with its own tools, so it may say it could not check a logo. The Image column still shows it. Need a raster? Use .png in place of .svg, for example https://logoapi.sh/stripe.com.png.
Some chat windows and canvases block outside images. Add .txt to the URL and the logo comes back as SVG text, which the AI can put straight into the page: https://logoapi.sh/stripe.com.svg.txt. It works on /ticker/ and /crypto/ too.
FAQ
Do I need an API key in Glide?
No. No key and no signup. 2M requests a month per site. Free.
Logos look cut off in square cells. What do I do?
Use the square icon: https://logoapi.sh/icon/{domain}.svg. Stock tickers are square already on /ticker/. Add ?variant=full to a ticker URL for the wide logo.
How do I show logos on a dark background?
Add /dark/ in front: https://logoapi.sh/dark/stripe.com.svg, https://logoapi.sh/dark/ticker/AAPL.svg or https://logoapi.sh/dark/crypto/BTC.svg. You get a version made for dark backgrounds.
What if a company has no logo?
The URL still returns an image: the company favicon, or a tile with its name. The X-Logo-Fallback header tells you which. Add ?fallback=404 to show your own placeholder instead. About 6,500 stock tickers work. 1,647 have a logo in our catalog (1,455 vector); add ?variant=full to get it. The default square icon comes from our catalog for 402 tickers; the rest get the company favicon, or a tile with the name.
Why did Glide's AI pick another logo service?
With no instruction, Glide's AI goes by memory, and its first picks were Clearbit, which is shut down, and Google favicons. Paste the line, or skip the AI and use the formula above.
